Meet Lindsey

Former professional snowboarder. Regenerative High Performance Mentor. Lifelong student of what it means to live well.

ormer professional snowboarder. Transition partner for high performers. Lifelong student of what it means to live well.

I'm Lindsey.

There's a version of me that knew exactly who I was. I trained before sunrise. I measured my worth in podiums and personal bests. I competed at the X Games, at the highest level of my sport — and when I walked away, it wasn't on the high I'd dreamed of. Injuries, burnout, one head knock too many. My whole identity had been wrapped up in being “the athlete.” Without that, who was I? If I'm not the one who wins, who am I?

I know what it means to love performance. To be competitive. To strive, to push, to win — and I also know exactly what it costs when your identity, your worth, and your wellbeing get tangled up in achievement. I've lived both sides of that.

That breaking point didn't break me. It redirected me — into years of study, experimentation, and lived integration across physiology, nervous system regulation, nourishment, and what it actually means to live well.

Today, I help high performers find another way to hold success — one where ambition and wellbeing aren't at odds, and where success doesn't require you to abandon yourself.

At the center of how I work is a simple belief: we aren't separate from nature, we are nature. The way we nourish ourselves, recover, grow, and move through seasons matters — not just for our wellbeing, but for our ability to lead, create, love, and fully live. Wellness that goes soil-deep eventually becomes soul-deep.

These days, you'll find me deepening my own studies in neuroscience, regenerative systems, and horticulture, while raising a family on the South Coast — living the same transition I help my clients move through.

Speaking & Partnerships

I speak and write on redirecting competitive drive, regenerative performance, and identity through transition — for corporate teams, podcasts, and live gatherings. If you're looking for a speaker or partner on what it means to succeed without abandoning yourself, I'd love to hear from you.

I write about all of it in real time in Season Two, my newsletter on the long game.
